Okay, so, how does it work?

A Customer Loyalty Code is available to any customer who places an initial, non-discounted order. The code entitles you to 15% off your next purchase with us, regardless of size.

Your first code isn't sent automatically - you must request it. To do so, simply send us an email. Your request must be made within 6 months of your last purchase with us.

Customer Loyalty discount codes can be used only once and cannot be combined with other codes. But now that you're an "official loyal customer", you'll continue to receive a NEW discount code after each purchase made before the expiration date. (Be sure to see Does the code expire? below.)

Oops, I bought my cat items from one of your other websites. Can I still get a CatandCaboodle.com Customer Loyalty Code?

Sure. As long as you bought mostly cat things from TheCritterShop.com or TabletopCollectibles.com, just send us an email requesting one. Your request must be made within 6 months of your last purchase from any of our stores.

Keep in mind that the code is only good on CatandCaboodle.com.

Does the code expire?

The code is good for six months from issue date. If you, or someone you give it to, uses it before it expires, we'll automatically issue you another code. After it expires, you'll need to make another non-discounted purchase, and request another code, in order to be issued a new one.

Is the code transferrable?

The code is transferrable, so if you want to give it instead as a gift to a friend to introduce them to CatandCaboodle.com, go right ahead. As long as your friend uses the code before it expires, we'll automatically issue you a new code good for 6 months.

After that initial discounted purchase, your friend will need to make another, non-discounted one in order to earn their own Customer Loyalty code.

How do I get my very own code?

After you've made your first non-discounted purchase with us, send us an email requesting one. You can also request one in the "Additional Instructions" box on the checkout page when you place your first order.

Can I get a code before I make my very first purchase?

Sorry, this program is for repeat customers only. After you've made your first non-discounted purchase with us, you can request your very own Customer Loyalty Discount Code.

Why does the code expire? Can't I just get a permanent one?

It's the nature of internet shopping. Any kind of a discount coupon or code can be posted on the web for broad use, and that's not the purpose of our program. The one-use-only nature of our Customer Loyalty Discount Codes will prevent use of your code by anyone other that you or someone you give it to.

Do I have to ask for a new code each time?

Only if your previous code expires without being used. As long as you make a purchase with your code once every 6 months, we'll automatically send you a new code.

How do I use the code?

There are no minimum purchase requirements and no maximum purchase limits in order to use your code.

You'll enter your code (or copy and paste it) into the "Apply Discount" box on the checkout page.

Can the code be combined with free shipping?

It sure can. Our cart will allow you free shipping on orders totalling $99 or more before the discount is applied. That can add up to some serious savings.

Oops, I just made a purchase and forgot to use my code! Now what?

That's okay, we've got you covered. As long as your code hasn't previously been used and hasn't expired, just call or email us and we'll apply your discount as a credit back to your credit card. You must let us know that you want to use your code within 48 hours of delivery of your order.

To prevent abuse, we reserve the right to make changes to this program if neccessary.
