We do not require a signature for delivery, but please be advised that this is ultimately up to your own UPS delivery driver, who may still require a signature.

All orders ship within 24 hours of receipt, Monday through Friday.
Orders received by 2 PM PST Monday-Friday ship the same day.
Orders received after 2 PM PST Monday-Thursday will ship the next day.
Orders received after 2 PM PST on Friday will ship the following Monday.

Transit times do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays*. When calculating, remember to begin counting the day after we ship your order, since your order is picked up in the evening.
*2009 Holiday Schedule: UPS does not pick up or deliver ground packages on the following holidays: May 25th, Sept 7th, Nov 26th & 27th, Dec 25th, Dec 31st, and Jan 1st, 2010.
● Items and their packaging must be [a] returned in original, new condition [b] postmarked within 30 days of delivery, and [c] sent using a trackable method (UPS, FedEx, DSL or USPS with delivery confirmation). This is to ensure that both you and we have proof of delivery.
● We don't penalize you with "restocking" fees, but shipping charges aren't refundable.
