What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and debit cards with the Visa or Mastercard logo. You may also use your Paypal account, or pay by echeck through Paypal.

If using Paypal, your purchase is not complete until you finish the Paypal steps. If paying by echeck, your check must clear before we can ship your order. This typically takes 5 business days.

What happens after I place my order?

Our system will send you an automated confirmation email. That will be followed within 24 business hours by a more specific ship notification (sent by a human) which includes your tracking number(s).

Will you start sending me a bunch of emails I don't want?

No! We hate spam (unsolicited email) as much as you do.

Your online order will be followed immediately with an automated email detailing your purchase. Within 24 business hours (Mon-Fri) you'll receive a shipment notification with your tracking number. And that's it.

Can I place my order by phone?

Ordering from our store online is completely secure, but if you feel more comfortable placing an order with a human we'll be happy to assist you. Please call us toll free at (877) 470-9745.

Can I place my order by mail?

Unforuntately, we're unable to accept mailed orders. Please don't send checks, cash, or money orders. We'll be happy to take your credit card number (or debit card with Visa or Mastercard logo) over the phone. You can also pay from your checking account by using
Paypal.

What if I'm shipping a gift?

Gift wrap is free at Cat and Caboodle when your gift is sent directly to its recipient (unavailable when shipping to the purchaser). Please request this option in the Additional Instructions box at checkout. Be sure to specify the occasion and how you'd like the gift message to read.

Items sent to someone other than the purchaser are automatically accompanied by a gift receipt without any pricing or credit card information, whether or not gift wrap is requested.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales taxes are added only to orders sent to the state of Washington, at the rate of 8.5% to cover the taxes levied by all counties.

Do you ship outside the United States or to APO/FPO addresses?

CatandCaboodle.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our international customers.

Simply put the items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and click the "International Checkout" button when you're done shopping. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing.

You may pay by international credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at
support@internationalcheckout.com.

What are your shipping charges?

Orders totalling $98.99 and less incur one flat fee of $9.98 for packaging and shipping. Orders totalling $99 and over are shipped free of charge.

Because orders are shipped UPS Ground, your purchase is automatically tracked and insured.

Items sent to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. While these items are insured and a delivery confirmation number will be sent to you, the USPS does not offer real-time tracking nor a delivery date guarantee.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Order?

We ship UPS Ground within the continental United States. (
See shipping info for AK, HI and PR).

We do not require a signature for delivery, but please be advised that this is ultimately up to your own UPS delivery driver, who may still require a signature.

All orders ship within 24 hours of receipt, Monday through Friday.

Orders received by 2 PM PST Monday-Friday ship the same day.
Orders received after 2 PM PST Monday-Thursday will ship the next day.
Orders received after 2 PM PST on Friday will ship the following Monday.

The map below shows Ground shipping transit times to your location.

Transit times do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays*. When calculating, remember to begin counting the day after we ship your order, since your order is picked up in the evening.

*2009 Holiday Schedule: UPS does not pick up or deliver ground packages on the following holidays: May 25th, Sept 7th, Nov 26th & 27th, Dec 25th, Dec 31st, and Jan 1st, 2010.

Can I get it faster?

Expedited shipping is quite expensive - usually 2 to 3 times the value of the item you're having shipped. But if you really, really need it yesterday, please call us before or after you place your order for expedited shipping charges. Your order must be packed, weighed, and measured before we can advise you of these rates.

What is your return policy?

We know that sometimes you change your mind.

● If you cancel an order before it's shipped, your entire order will be credited back to your credit card.

● If you wish to return something you've purchased from us, it's important to
send us an email first so we know the reason for return.

● Items and their packaging must be
[a] returned in original, new condition
[b] postmarked within 30 days of delivery, and
[c] sent using a trackable method (UPS, FedEx, DSL or USPS with delivery confirmation). This is to ensure that both you and we have proof of delivery.

● We don't penalize you with "restocking" fees, but shipping charges aren't refundable.

If you find shipping damage, please contact us immediately and we'll advise you how to proceed.

We don't ever share or sell your information. The information collected on this site is for the sole purpose of billing, shipping, and contacting you in the event we need more information for your order.

How secure is your website?

We take security seriously!

Your credit card number is encrypted and sent directly via secure connection to our online payments processor, Authorize.net.

Our website is secured with industry-standard 128 bit encryption. Our shared SSL certificate is provided by GeoTrust.

To prevent the fraudulent use of your credit card by someone else not authorized to use it, if your confirmation email bounces and we cannot reach you at the phone number on your order, we'll automatically cancel your order and void the charges to your card.
