How does the program work?
The Cat and Caboodle Customer Loyalty program was designed to reward our frequent customers; those who purchase from us at least once per year. A Customer Loyalty Code is available to any customer who places an initial, non-discounted order. The code entitles you to 15% off your next purchase with us, regardless of size.

Your first code isn't sent automatically. You must request it either at the time you place an order by asking for one in the “Comments and Gift Detail” box at the very end of the last checkout page, or you can send us an email afterwards.

Customer Loyalty Codes can be used only once. But now that you're an “official loyal customer” you'll continue to receive a NEW discount code after each purchase made before the expiration date. (Be sure to see Why does the code expire? below.)

Why does the code expire?
It's the nature of internet shopping. Any discount coupon or code can be posted on the web for broad use, and that's not the purpose of our program. The one-use-only nature of our Customer Loyalty Codes will prevent use of your code by anyone other than you or someone you give it to.

The code is good for 1 year from issue date. If you (or someone you give it to) uses it before it expires, we'll automatically issue you another code.

If it expires without being used, you'll need to make another non-discounted purchase, and request another code, in order to be issued a new one.

How do I use the code?
There are no minimum purchase requirements and no maximum purchase limits in order to use your code.

You'll enter the code exactly as issued (or copy and paste it) into the 'Apply discount” box on the last checkout page.

You can also use your code if you prefer to place your order by phone. In that case, you don't even need to know it; just tell us that you'd like to use your discount code and we'll look it up for you.

Do I have to ask for a new code each time?
Only if your previous code expires without being used. As long as you make a purchase with your code once every year, we'll automatically email you a new code.

Oops, I just made a purchase and forgot to use my code. Now what?
That's okay, we've got you covered. As long as your code hasn't previously been used and hasn't expired, just call or email us and we'll apply your discount as a credit back to your credit card. You must let us know that you want to use your code within 48 hours of delivery of your order.
